Ms. McSparrin's class won the ELA IXL Award this week for most ELA skills mastered. Ms. Mahan's class won the Math IXL Award for the most math skills mastered. Ms. Aytes class won the award for most green lights on Reflex Math. Way to go, Comets! 👏🏻👏🏻

🎡🎟️Last week in celebration of the Hinton Fair, our third and fourth graders learned all about how simple machines are the basis of our favorite rides. The book "Mr. Ferris and His Wheel" detailed the invention of the Ferris wheel long ago. Students then worked together to build a working model of a Ferris wheel.
