☄️Hinton Elementary☄️We concluded 3rd and 4th grade testing with ice cream and cookies provided by Hinton Elementary PTO. Thank you for doing this for our students!!
We also held a kids tablet giveaway for our 3rd and 4th grade students. Each day of testing the students had the opportunity to earn 3 tickets to put into the drawing. The 3 reasons were: arriving on time, using their scratch paper to work problems and showing excellent behavior by being courteous and respectful. The winners of the drawing were: 3rd grade-Mesa Walden and 4th grade-Brynn Wright. Congratulations to these students!!

Benjamin Anderson, Bentley Gooch, Jessie James, Annalee Grisham, Lincoln Nulik, Rhett Smith, Brody VanBuskirk, Jewel Vice, and Lucy Stiner joined the 50 AR points club. Braxton Homier, Katilyn Fasnacht, Kyle Gilbreath, and Bodie Walsh joined the 75 AR points club. Izzy Pendleton joined the 125 AR points club. The Marvin Reader winner was Mrs. Doyle's class, IXL top class was Mrs. Christain's class and Top Reflex Math was Mrs. Arrington's class. Congratulations to these students and teachers!

☄️Hinton Middle School☄️ Mrs. New’s 7th graders are working on their last project of the year over the book The Outsiders. They are doing illustrated book reports called One Pagers. After they are completed, these projects will be sent to The Outsiders House Museum in Tulsa where they will be entered into a contest held by the museum. Pictures of finished projects to come next week!

Harper Brack, Ryett Hoehner, Brystol Lindsey, Kacigayle Myers, Jeffrey Richards, April Parada, Tinsley Cox, Nash Dougherty, Kiyah Fasnacht, Ulysses Herbert, Mariana Lomeli, Briggs Lott, Zander Murray, Zane Murray, Jaedon Nance, Carter Pettyjohn, Slade Snow, Everly Taylor, and Skyler Weathers joined the 50 AR points club. Nora Sweany, Jasmine Warren, Jude Haught, Emily Lara, and Nash McSperitt joined the 75 AR points club. 100% fluency in math facts students were Dax Metz, Logan Nichols, Riley Combs, Ulysses Herbert, Walker Maxwell, and Zachary Murray. Tess Brogden and Xavier Wiles earned the magnificent mathematician award from Mrs. Smith for learning 155 math facts this year in 1st grade! The Marvin Reader winner was Mrs. Ingram's class, IXL top class was Mrs. Ingram's class and Top Reflex Math was Mrs. King's class. Congratulations to these students and teachers!
☄️Hinton Elementary☄️Our Comet Coupon winners for Thursday, April 25. Students can earn a comet coupon by remembering the word RULE. R stands for respecting others, U stands for using kind word/actions, L stands for learning by taking risks and E stands for engaging in safe activities. Students earned a Comet Coin to use at the Comet Cart on Thursday.
